What Dispatcher Mode Shows
Live Guard Map
A real-time map displays the current position of every clocked-in guard, updated as they move between checkpoints and locations. Each guard is represented by a marker showing their name, current site assignment, and how long they’ve been on shift.
At a glance, dispatchers can identify which guards are nearest to an incident location, which sites have active coverage, and whether any guards appear to be stationary for unusual periods.
Incident Timeline
A chronological feed shows events as they happen — incident reports filed, check calls completed or missed, checkpoint scans, clock-in and clock-out events. The timeline updates in real time, giving dispatchers immediate awareness of developing situations.
Events are colour-coded by type and severity, so urgent incidents stand out from routine operational events.

From the dispatcher view, operators can:
- View any guard’s full shift timeline
