Every security company is different. A five-person operation doesn’t need the same package as a fifty-person company. That’s why we’ve redesigned TacDesk’s plans to give you the flexibility to start with what you need and scale as you grow.
The Plans
TacDesk offers tiered plans that match different stages of business growth:
- Starter — core features for small teams getting started with digital guard management
- Professional — advanced features including NFC checkpoints, check calls, and client portal
- Enterprise — full feature set with dispatcher mode, custom dashboards, and priority support
Each plan includes a set number of user seats. If your team is larger, the Extra Users add-on lets you add more seats without jumping to a higher plan tier.
Annual Discount
All plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Choosing annual billing saves you a significant percentage compared to paying monthly — rewarding the commitment with a lower effective rate.
Add-Ons
Some features are available as optional add-ons rather than being bundled into higher-tier plans. This means you only pay for capabilities you actually use:
- Extra Users — add more guard or manager seats beyond your plan limit
- SIA Licence Tracking — automated licence monitoring and expiry alerts
- DVLA Integration — automatic MOT and tax checking for fleet vehicles
Simplified Billing Portal
We’ve also launched a new billing portal where you can manage everything about your subscription in one place:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Add or remove add-ons
- Update payment methods
- View invoice history
No more emailing support to make plan changes — it’s all self-service.
Feature Gating
Your management dashboard now shows only the features included in your plan. Features you don’t have access to are cleanly hidden rather than displayed as locked, giving you a focused interface without clutter.
