TacDesk was founded by Michael Bryce and built in Cambridge, UK. It exists because the tools available to UK security companies were either built for generic workforces and retrofitted, or so clunky that guards and managers avoided them. We set out to build something operators actually want to use — fast on the door, powerful in the office, and transparent for the client.
Every feature earns its place by solving a real operational problem: buddy punching, no-shows, expired licences, illegible reports, and the constant scramble to prove to a client that the job was done. TacDesk turns all of that into verified, timestamped, audit-ready data.
