One Dashboard for Your Entire Operation
Running a security company means juggling dozens of moving parts — guards across multiple sites, shift schedules, incident reports, compliance deadlines, client requirements, and more. TacDesk’s management dashboard brings everything together in one place, accessible from any device.
What’s on the Dashboard
The management hub is organised into logical tabs that give you instant access to every aspect of your operation:
Guards on Duty
See who’s currently clocked in, at which site, and for how long. Guards who are late or haven’t clocked in are immediately visible. Click into any guard to see their full shift timeline, location data, and recent reports.
Reports Centre
All incident reports, patrol reports, and vehicle defect reports from every site in one filterable view. Search by date, site, guard, or report type. Export individual reports or batches for clients.
Rota Calendar
Visual shift scheduling with drag-and-drop assignment. View by site to check coverage, or by staff member to review workload. Colour-coded shifts make gaps and conflicts instantly visible.
Staff Management
Guard profiles with contact details, SIA licence status, training records, and employment documents. Automated alerts when licences or certifications are approaching expiry.
Site Management
Configure sites with GPS coordinates for clock-in geofencing, NFC checkpoint locations, patrol routes, and site-specific procedures. Each site has its own reporting history and assigned staff roster.
Role-Based Access
TacDesk uses a role hierarchy to ensure people see only what they need:
- Administrators — full access to all features and settings
- Managers — oversight and control of day-to-day operations
- Supervisors — team-level oversight for their assigned sites
- Guards — their own shifts, reports, and profile only
Works on Any Device
The management dashboard works on desktops, tablets, and phones. Whether you’re at your desk planning next week’s rota or checking who’s on site from your phone at 11pm, the dashboard adapts to your screen.
Real-Time Updates
Data refreshes in real time. When a guard clocks in, files a report, or scans a checkpoint, it appears on the dashboard immediately. There’s no delay, no batch processing, no waiting for syncs.
